How do pumps, drain snakes and hydro jetting differ?
A pump uses pressure changes on a nearby blockage. A drain snake mechanically tackles a reachable obstruction. Hydro jetting uses pressurised water for heavier deposits in suitable pipes.
How much does drain unblocking cost?
Pump from €90 excluding VAT, drain snake from €135 excluding VAT and jetting truck from €490 excluding VAT. The total and VAT are set out in the quote before work.
Is a truck always needed?
No. A local blockage may be treated with a pump or snake. A truck may suit collectors, substantial deposits or more distant blockages after assessment.
Do you work outside Paris?
Yes, we consider requests throughout Île-de-France: 75, 77, 78, 91, 92, 93, 94 and 95. Availability and travel conditions are confirmed when you contact us.
Can I book in the chat?

What should I do if water backs up?
Stop using the affected fixtures and do not flush again or restart appliances. Do not mix chemical drain cleaners. Call to explain the situation.
The blockage keeps coming back. What now?
Camera inspection or cleaning may help explain recurring blockages. Breakage, insufficient slope or roots may require a separate repair.
Do you work with property managers?
You can request work on stacks, collectors or common areas. Specify the authorised contact, access, affected flats and building constraints.
